The Office specializes in complex legal assistance for Polish and foreign entrepreneurs. We introduce investors into Polish market (Greenfield, M&A), we serve current activities of enterprises, work out concepts and accompany in the realization of Polish and cross-border projects. A specific group of our Mandates is made by the companies originating from, connected or co-operating with German-speaking countries, mostly with Germany and Austria .

Besides Polish and German we also serve our clients in English and Italian. BSO legal advisers, attorneys and tax advisers closely co-operate with investment advisers, statutory auditors, and experts. It allows us to adjust ourselves to individual expectations of our Mandates and give them complex solutions.

Joining potential and experience of BSO and partners’ offices in Poland and abroad, we accompany our Mandates everywhere it is needed. BSO offices are presently located in Wrocław and Gdynia and partners’ offices, with which we closely co-operate, in Berlin, Łódź, Poznań and Warszawa.
